Докладът представя анализ на водещи международни стандарти и рамки за киберсигурност с цел оценка на тяхната приложимост при изграждането на модел за реагиране при киберинциденти на политическо, стратегическо, оперативно и тактическо ниво. Акцентът е поставен върху изследването на вертикалните и хоризонталните връзки между отделните нива и стандарти, както и върху идентифицирането на възможностите и ограниченията на стандартите/рамките.
