Abstract:

The conditions for conducting quasi-synchronous aerospace monitoring are revealed. The advantages of using unmanned aerial vehicles for monitoring critical infrastructure objects with the help of video and thermal cameras are formulated. The advantages and disadvantages of monitoring with SAR satellites are defined, and an analysis of radar images of critical infrastructure objects is performed. Conclusions from the quasi-synchronous aerospace monitoring conducted in the field are formulated, and directions for improving its effectiveness are indicated.
