Abstract:

The aim of the study is to propose an organizational model for migration management that is adequate to the geopolitical challenges and threats. To achieve the goal, a scientific analysis of the structures and organizational models of the institutions responsible for controlling migration processes in the Republic of Bulgaria is necessary with a view to the networking, financial and communication connectivity of criminal structures. The methodology of the analysis is based on the study of the organizational and managerial structure of the services of legal acts and scientific achievements with a view to proposing an organizational model for control and response, adequate to the threats and dynamics of the modern world.
