Abstract:

The study provides an analysis of the system of international relations and identifies the specific stages of innovative diplomacy. It presents a model for analysing the strategic and operational situation and outlines the essential components of an assessment of risks to global and national security. The study examines models for drawing conclusions about the current situation and future development trends, developing a vision or strategy for conducting diplomatic activities, establishing diplomatic partnerships, and initiating and conducting negotiations. It also presents a model outlining the profile of the modern diplomat and concludes by examining the role of the academic community in developing a vision for diplomatic activities.

The publication is suitable for university students, doctoral candidates, and early-career researchers in the accredited professional field 9.1. National Security, as well as for anyone interested in the topics addressed.
