Abstract:

The monograph Ethical Dimensions in the Contemporary Cyber Environment examines the role of ethical factors in managing information processes within the modern digital environment. It presents a conceptual model for assessing the impact of ethical factors, aligned with the strategic objectives of public administration and societal needs.

The study is structured into three main parts: the theoretical foundations of ethics in the information civilization, the specific characteristics of ethics in cyberspace, and an applied model for assessing and optimizing ethical influences in central and local government.

The authors explore the application of ethical standards in information flow management to mitigate hybrid threats, counter disinformation, and reduce security risks. The proposed generative conceptual model aims to support management decision-making by integrating ethical principles and resilience criteria.
