From March 21 to 23, 2025, a training seminar was held in the village of Chiflik for the research staff of Rakovski National Defence College. The event was organized in connection with the completion of the third stage and the preparation for the fourth stage of the National Scientific Program "Security and Defence."
The seminar focused on the topic: "Methodology for Reporting Results and Demonstrating the Achievement of Performance Indicators for the Work Packages and Tasks Assigned to Rakovski National Defence College as the Lead Organization." It was attended by work package leaders, task leaders, and researchers involved in the program.
During the event, the work package and task leaders delivered brief reports on:
- The implementation of the assigned tasks in accordance with the expected results set out in the program's Work Plan;
- The challenges that may impact the deadlines and quality of execution;
- The plans for the remaining period;
- Proposals for improving project activities within the College and expanding partnerships with business and academic communities.
The seminar also featured discussions on key topics such as:
- "Utilization and Implementation of Financial Resources under the National Scientific Program".
- "Reporting Results and Demonstrating Performance Indicators".
