Abstract:

The dynamics of the security environment are creating serious challenges that are changing our present and defining our future. National and international security actors must embrace challenges and adapt in order to achieve their levels of ambition and successfully realize their goals. Modern national security strategies consist of measures and means by which the state leadership implements its concepts for the protection of national interests and priorities. The ability to develop a potential that would be adequate to both current and future risks and threats is the key to building a secure and stable security environment and to the successful realization of national interests and priorities.
