Abstract:
The proposed comprehensive, systematic and formalised approach identifies the methods, forms, rules and corresponding tools for developing strategies and concepts and conducting experimentation within the institutions of the national security protection system.
To achieve this objective, the study successively formulates definitions and identifies the main elements of the subject area, examines the processes involved in developing strategies and concepts and conducting experimentation, and considers appropriate tools for these activities.
As a result, a methodology for developing strategic documents (strategies and concepts) is proposed.
